PRISM:

Posters and Presenters

The Poster Power Hour Reception is on Friday, January 30, 2026 from 5:30-7:00pm. Poster and e-poster presenters are required to attend this session. All presenters are required to register for the Annual Meeting and pay the registration fee.

Posters:

Poster Size and Dimensions
Posters should be no larger than 36 inches tall (vertical) and 48 inches wide (horizontal). Please note that this is LANDSCAPE orientation. If your poster does not follow these requirements, it may not fit on the display board.

Please prepare a 45 to 60 second summary of your research poster to share with attendees during the presentation period. This pitch should serve to spark conversation and foster dialogue about your work. You may consider incorporating a QR code into your poster to provide additional information about your research. In addition to your presentation, you will have the opportunity to discuss your research directly with attendees

E-Posters:

E-Posters will be displayed electronically on monitors at AM26 and on the PRiSM website.

Your ePoster must be uploaded by Monday, December 8, 2025. Please upload your ePosters on the Speaker Centre. Your unique link was sent to you via email.

The size for the ePosters is the size of 1 PowerPoint Slide - saved as a PDF. These "slides" will be displayed in the Poster/Exhibit Area - on a screen. The ePosters will rotate and will also be available by author name.

There are no formal presentations, no designated presentation time for ePosters, and no moderators.

Podium Presenters:

During the designated scientific session, the presenting author will have five (5) minutes to present this abstract. Multiple presentations will be organized into each scientific session, so it is imperative that presenters adhere to the time limit to keep the session on time. Session moderators will prompt you accordingly. Additional information will be shared with presenting authors in subsequent email communications.

The designated date and time of your talk was sent to you via email from our abstract management system, OneWorld.

Please submit your supporting slides as a PowerPoint presentation by Friday, January 23, 2026
