PRiSM's 15th Annual Meeting will take place January 12-14, 2028, in Puerto Rico, at the Rio Del Mar Hotel. The meeting brings together physicians, surgeons, researchers, allied health professionals, and trainees from across the field of pediatric and adolescent sports medicine for three days of scientific exchange, education, and collaboration.

The Official Host Institution for 2028 is The San Jorge Hospital, Inc.
