Awards Committee The Awards Committee is responsible for the various awards presented at the Annual Meeting. Tasks include reviewing and scoring, as well as presenting, awards to recipients at the Annual Meeting. Chair: Pamela Lang, MD — Shriners Children's Twin Cities Communications Committee The Communications Committee utilizes coordinated strategies to disseminate communications broadly and efficiently to promote PRiSM. They maintain PRiSM’s social media presence and evaluate and report to PRiSM leadership regarding new opportunities for communication within or beyond the membership that may be of benefit to PRiSM’s mission. Chair: TBD Diversity Committee The Diversity Committee works to ensure that the culture within the PRiSM community is one that values and encourages diversity, and that the membership and leadership of PRiSM are reflective of the communities that we study and care for. They work to develop educational opportunities for the membership to learn about diversity, its value, and barriers to it. Chair: Dai Sugimoto, PhD ATC — Boston Children’s Hospital Education Committee The Education Committee serves the membership in research issues through webinars and podcasts. They may also be responsible for public education and advocacy. Chair: Jessica Martschinske, MA ATC — Shriners Children’s Portland Membership Committee The Membership Committee’s goal is to highlight the benefits of membership and optimize member engagement and PRiSM membership. Chair: Kristin Whitney, MD MA — Boston Children’s Hospital Sports Medicine Research Grant Committee (Establishing in 2026) The Research Grant Committee will develop the criteria and scoring rubric for review, review the grant call for applications, and will make the annual determination of the grant recipient(s). Chair: Nirav Pandya, MD — University of California San Francisco Scientific Program Committee The Scientific Program Committee works to develop the scientific program for the Annual Meeting in conjunction with the PRiSM staff, Presidential Line, and Board of Directors.
