Poster setup time: Thursday, January 17, 12:00pm-6:00pm

Poster removal time: Saturday, January 19, 3:00pm-6:00pm

Scientific Posters will be displayed as traditional posters on bulletin boards. Your poster’s size should not exceed 5 feet wide by 3 feet tall.

Please be available during the following scheduled poster viewing breaks to answer questions about your poster.

Poster Viewing Break Times

Friday, January 18, 4:00-4:30pm

Saturday January 19, 10:00am-10:25am

Saturday January 19, 3:15-3:45pm

Poster presenters are required to register for the meeting and pay the registration fee. You can register online here.
